Assistant, Uta Creators

UTA is seeking an Assistant with a focus on data and analytics to join our UTA Creators team. Our Creators division represents world-class talent across Digital, Audio, and Gaming platforms, forging partnerships with top talent and leading global brands. This role will provide support to the Vice President of Operations and is based in our Los Angeles office.

This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $23.00 per hour.

What You Will Do
• Efficiently manage phone calls, calendars, and conduct research for meetings.
• Manage and maintain spreadsheets, and draft communications
• Liaise with clients, partners, and internal staff at all levels
• Prepare and submit monthly expense reports for approval
• Track and review calendars and payments using detailed grids
• Input data into various databases and systems
• Perform regular data scrubbing to clean and organize data, ensuring consistency and accuracy within the team's systems

What You Will Need
• 1+ years of assistant experience, preferably within the entertainment industry.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Previous professional experience interpreting reports from analytics platforms
• Strong prioritization and task management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly intense client service work environment
• Knowledge of the gaming industry and familiarity with top influencers and brands
• Passion for data & analytics, gaming, social media, and digital media
• Understanding of UTA's client roster is a plus
