Legal Affairs Associate
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000

Job Summary:
UTA is looking for a Legal Affairs Associate to support its Creator groups, specifically the Entertainment Marketing department. The role will involve negotiating agreements and contracts for content creators, ad agencies, and social media marketing services. The position reports to the Director, Corporate Counsel.

Responsibilities:
• Negotiate advertising and social media marketing agreements from inception to completion.
• Review and negotiate agreements with content creators, ad agencies, and marketing service entities.
• Interface with UTA agents, entertainment marketing executives, and assistants on deal terms and queries regarding creator agreements and industry standards.
• Provide support for other UTA commercial transactions and contracts as needed.

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating entertainment or related services agreements.
• Bachelor's degree and J.D. required.
• Previous experience within an advertising agency or working with advertising agreements and music license agreements preferred.
• Strong knowledge of business and interest in social media marketing and entertainment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
