UTA Entertainment & Culture Marketing, a division focused on entertainment and cultural marketing initiatives for corporate clients, is looking for a coordinator to join the team. This division represents global brands and leverages UTA's expertise and relationships to develop initiatives that help brands stand out and grow.
In this role, you will manage projects that support both the internal team and external clients. Known for creating game-changing opportunities, we are a group of people who work hard as a team to build our reputation as visionaries in the industry. This position covers a broad range of activities, offering ample opportunity to immerse yourself in celebrity procurement/management, film/TV integrations, and entertainment activations.
What You Will Do:
• Participate in the development of the brand's talent strategy.
• Manage logistics and coordination around existing and future talent partnerships, including contract terms, shoot planning, talent briefings, and social deliverables.
• Support client and account team interaction, including creating meeting agendas, recaps, talent activity reports, and performance charts.
• Write and distribute materials such as trend reports, fact sheets, bios, newsletters, and talent updates.
• Create and maintain all talent lists, tracking, and charts.
• Work with UTA's insights division, UTA IQ, on measurement and data reporting for talent alliances.
• Monitor competitive activity relevant to brand clients.
• Assist the broader team in monitoring projects across film, TV, music, and gaming that are relevant to the brand.
What You Will Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
• Prior experience in the entertainment or media industry with knowledge of relevant markets preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Impeccable organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate fast-paced, multifaceted environments.
• Must maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook).
