Executive Assistant, Technology

Job Description:
UTA seeks an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership from VP to C-Suite. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives and the ability to manage complex priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to senior Technology leadership, including complex calendar management and meeting coordination across global time zones.
• Organize and manage detailed travel arrangements, including international and multi-leg itineraries.
• Prepare and manage presentation decks and communication materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with leadership’s goals.
• Coordinate logistics, preparation, and follow-ups for departmental meetings and track team progress.
• Manage expenses, invoices, and payments for leadership.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and clients, maintaining professional relationships and communication.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and act with discretion.
• Anticipate senior leadership needs, providing proactive solutions to optimize workflow.
• Handle additional duties as assigned to support the executive team.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership (C-suite and SVP levels).
• Preferred Experience: Experience working in the technology industry or with technology-focused leaders.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and adaptability to new technologies.
• Additional Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, organizational ability, discretion with confidential information, proactive problem-solving, and comfort with technology.
Pay Range:
$32.00 to $37.00 per hour.
