Executive, Talent Brand Partnerships (Sales Executive)
UTA seeks a dynamic and motivated Executive, Talent Brand Partnerships to join our UTA Creators division. You will be responsible for driving growth and maximizing opportunities for brands with a focus on YouTube inventory.
UTA's Creators business represents world class Digital, Audio, and Gaming talent. With the ability to form partnerships with top talent and Global brands, UTA is at the forefront of the creator economy. This experienced digital brand partnerships executive is a self-starter and can think creatively about market opportunities. You'll be a key member of the UTA Creators business and work on client-facing strategic growth initiatives and new businesses across the media, entertainment, and consumer/lifestyle sectors.
The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $175,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
• Lead and manage relationships across a roster of brands and sell opportunities across the entire UTA Creators portfolio.
• Drive the sale of YouTube inventory for brand clients, ensuring effective and scalable monetization strategies.
• Accountable for achieving revenue and promotional goals set by the UTA Creators leadership and the Talent Brand Partnerships team.
• Lead, manage and oversee all contract negotiations, deal flow management and campaign/activation executions for brand partnerships.
• Prospect, cold call, qualify and develop relationships with brands and agencies.
• Foster strong relationships with external partners, media companies, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct regular analyses to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase clients' visibility within the UTA Creators community.
What You Will Need
• 5+ years of brand partnerships sales experience, with an emphasis on content sponsorship and integration
• A deep rolodex and knowledge of the broader digital and social platform space, including media advertising, brand sponsorships, and integrated marketing campaigns
• Deep understanding of the online video space with knowledge of both VOD, SVOD and live streaming related to monetizing our talent roster
• Track record of successfully closing new business and developing and maintaining client relationships
• The ability to think creatively to identify partnership opportunities and execute against those opportunities
• Desire and capacity to operate in an incredibly face-paced, multifaceted, demanding environment
• Strong track record for driving revenue
