KLUTCH Sports Group seeks a Manager to lead the Graphic Design team. You will oversee the team, drive creative direction, and ensure delivery of high-quality designs.
The salary range for this role is $115,000 o $125,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
What You Will Do
• Lead and mentor a small team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members to promote professional growth and development.
• Develop and execute the design strategy for Klutch Sports Group, aligning creative efforts with the overall business goals and marketing objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end project management process, from concept to delivery, ensuring that all design projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Global Partnerships, and Client Management, to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet the organization's objectives.
• Maintain a high standard of quality for all design output, ensuring that designs are visually compelling, on-brand, and resonate with the target audience.
• Effectively allocate resources, manage workloads, and optimize the team's productivity to meet deadlines and project milestones.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to ensure the design team remains at the forefront of creativity and innovation.
What You Will Need
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a proven track record of successful team management.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A passion for sports and a deep understanding of the sports industry is a plus.
