Reporting directly to the Vice President, Human Resources, you would be responsible for departmental administrative support as well as managing job applications, coordinating meetings, preparing job postings, and acting as a liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and providing great customer service. You’d own important initiatives such as the Service Awards and the Intern ship Program s, with amazing opportunities to get involved in every aspect of HR . The ideal candidate is detail oriented, reliable and dedicated . Above all, we are looking for someone enthusiastic and energetic , that really loves HR and that aspires to improve the employee experience.
Responsibilities
• Support the HR Department with administrative tasks
• Create , distribute and file documents
• Track employees’ attendance and provide information regarding time-off policies
• Build and publish weekly newsletter and internal employee communication
• Manage the Internship Program back to back
• Manage Service Awards P rogram
• Support Recruitment, Onboarding and Offboarding
• Process HR invoices and expenses
• Manage Employee Ticket Box
• Support HR VP by managing agenda, scheduling appointments, booking travel arrangements , etc.
• Work independently and collaboratively assisting with a variety of corporate programs led by HR
• Other duties/tasks as assigned
Requirements
• HR Management Diploma or Degree
• Experience with WorkDay is an asset
• Knowledge of Mail Chimp and Photoshop is an asset
• E xcellen t customer service
• Professional demeanor in dealing with confidential and highly sensitive information
• Excellent organization, planning and priority setting skills, with strong ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter
• Team player with the ability to contribute to a positive work environment
• Exceptional computer skills
• P assionate about music and culture
