The Universal Music Group Internship Program is an immersive opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to a career in the music entertainment industry.

How you’ll CREATE:

The Universal Music Latin Entertainment is looking for a Business & Legal Affairs Intern to join their team this summer. You'll have the opportunity to:
• Draft standard documents, maintain logs for contracts, filing, participate in meetings with attorneys regarding deals, interact with different label departments (such as marketing and A&R).
• Provide general departmental support
• Must be enrolled as a full-time law student (2L or 3L preferred)
• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish, reading and writing

Applicants should be/have:
• Must be enrolled as a full-time law student (2L or 3L preferred)
• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish, reading and writing
• Prior internship, campus and/or work experience is a plus
• The ability to interact comfortably and effectively with external partners and clients
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Able to keep information highly confidential
• Exceptional computer, written and verbal communication skills
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
