We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Creative Director to oversee and drive all aspects of the visual and creative direction for our lifestyle apparel brand. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, fashion, and storytelling, with the ability to create compelling, on-brand campaigns that resonate with our audience. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of the fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the overall creative direction for the brand, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (products, campaigns, digital, and retail).
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to ensure creative concepts align with the brand's vision and strategic goals.
• Push the creative boundaries to produce innovative designs and concepts that resonate with target audiences.
• Lead the development of seasonal campaigns, including photography, digital, print, and video assets.
• Oversee the creation of lookbooks, editorial shoots, product photography, and any creative collateral to showcase new collections.
• Guide the design team in the creation of new product concepts and ensure they reflect the brand's identity and vision.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, photographers, videographers, and other creatives.
• Maintain a strong understanding of brand identity, ensuring all creative work aligns with the brand's core values and message.
• Ensure that all creative assets are consistent across all platforms, from e-commerce to social media and print.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that creative quality and timelines are maintained.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a creative leadership role within the fashion or lifestyle industry, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and product launches.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and managing creative teams, with the ability to inspire and cultivate talent.
• Creative Expertise: Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.), strong understanding of typography, photography, videography, and digital media.
• Visionary Thinking: A keen sense of trends, with an ability to create forward-thinking designs that appeal to a modern lifestyle audience.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to manage ambiguity and navigate challenges while maintaining a high standard of creativity and quality.
