Utah Hockey Club and Utah Jazz, franchises of Smith Entertainment Group (SEG), are looking for a versatile, driven, and energetic individual skilled in motion and graphic design. This position will be responsible for optimizing, executing, and maintaining all digital displays at Delta Center. The Digital Display Coordinator will work with our marketing and corporate sponsorship teams to, manage, and test all branded and sponsored content inside Delta Center while upholding the Utah Hockey Club and Utah Jazz brand standards. This individual should possess the ability to operate within Ross Xpression to. The ideal candidate is and has an eye for unique content that resonates with fans while striving to meet brand standards and guidelines.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Load, test, and deliver graphics for all Delta Center digital signage displays for events that include Utah Hockey Club and Utah Jazz games, concerts, shows, and various events.
• Communicate cross-functionally with Sponsorship, Marketing, Broadcast, and Arena teams to manage production schedules, provide status updates, and deliver final assets as requested.
• Manage multiple projects and fulfill graphic design needs for Delta Center digital displays under condensed timelines as directed.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Video to maintain Utah Hockey Club and Utah Jazz brand standards for all in-arena assets.
• Maintain working relationships with 3rd party vendors, also contracted to service digital display boards throughout the arena.
• Create, monitor, and maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking grids and asset management systems for all projects.
• Provide maintenance and troubleshooting as needed for select Delta Center events.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3 years experience using Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and Photoshop.
• 3 years of experience in digital content creation/management.
• Proficient in Ross Xpression.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proven creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong working knowledge of sports and NHL and NBA rules/regulations preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Due to the nature of this role's event and gameday work, the employee must live within the greater Salt Lake City area upon the date of hire and throughout the duration of employment.
• Evening and weekend work will be required, including a select number of Utah Hockey Club and Utah Jazz home games events.
• This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally.
• This person must be able to observe, inspect, estimate, and assess.
• This person must be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time.
• This person must be able to lift 45 lbs.
