Internship Dates:
November 4th to November 9th, 2022
Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break daily)

Main Responsibilities:
Act as the receptionist, welcoming guests and assisting with inquiries.
Schedule and coordinate meetings.
Ensure the sales team stays on track with their meeting schedules and client appointments.
Attend film screenings and provide detailed reports to the sales team.
Help maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office.
Distribute catalogs to potential buyers.
Assist in introducing new films to buyers.
Run errands as needed (e.g., coffee, lunch pickups).
Serve beverages to visiting buyers.
