Synergy & Partnership Marketing Internship, DPECP Summer 2019
Be a part of something big…
The Undergraduate, Synergy and Partnership Marketing Intern, will assist the Disney Parks, Experiences and Consumer Products Synergy and Partnership Marketing team and will be responsible for supporting synergy initiatives across the Walt Disney Company.
Responsibilities:
Make an impact by…
• Managing day-to-day communications with business units, including ABC, Freeform, Disney Channel, Radio Disney, Disney Music Group, and D23
• Partnering with internal stakeholders across Retail (Disney store, shopDisney) Franchise Licensing (Mickey, Minnie, Disney Princess, Frozen, Pixar), and Parks to develop campaign one-sheets that include potential synergy opportunities
• Assisting in the execution of synergy and promotional campaigns, with internal and external groups while managing milestones and campaign timelines
• Creating campaign recap decks for external and internal business unit partners
• Following up with stakeholders for assets, copy, messaging and deliverables
• Assisting Sr. Manager, Director, and VP with ad hoc presentations, one-sheets, and communications
• Analyzing and summarizing campaigns with an eye towards optimization of experiences

• Understanding of digital and retail marketing techniques
• Proficiency in full suite of Office/Mac software including Outlook, Keynote, Word, and Excel
Required Education
• Working towards or recently completed an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or related.

Internship Eligibility:
• Must be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR have graduated from college within the past six months OR be currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
• Not have already completed two consecutive (spring/fall) College or Professional Internship Programs
• Must possess unrestricted work authorization
• Must provide full work availability
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work
• Current Active Disney cast members must meet Professional Internship transfer guidelines (for Walt Disney World cast members this is no more than four points and one reprimand in the last six months; for Disneyland cast members this is six months of consecutive service and a performance record clear of any disciplinary issues (warnings, suspensions, etc.) for at least six months)
Program Dates: The approximate dates of this internship are May 13th 2019 through August 9th 2019. Interns must be fully available for the duration of the internship.
Housing: This internship takes place in Glendale/Burbank, California. Interns must provide their own housing.
