Marketing Manager (Burbank, California, United States)
Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the SVP and Directors of International Marketing and collaborate with the worldwide marketing team. The role involves managing and implementing marketing strategies across Warner Bros. International territories. This includes supporting communication, development, and adaptation of campaigns for local markets, exhibitor conventions, and special events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Senior Vice President and Directors in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across departments.
• Coordinate planning and implementation of exhibitor conventions, special events, and international conferences.
• Collaborate with creative, media, promotions, digital, research, and publicity teams to gather information for film campaigns.
• Track creative (print, AV) deadlines and manage international delivery schedules.
• Act as a resource for international markets on asset deliveries and timelines.
• Review and approve localized advertising materials and ensure global debuts for trailers and posters.
• Create presentation slides for internal and international conferences.
• Coordinate exhibitor and partner-exclusive materials with global partners like Dolby and IMAX.
Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with file types and creative software (Photoshop, Keynote, After Effects, Final Cut, Quicktime).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Marketing/Advertising/Publicity.
• Strong creative eye, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
