Associate Creative Director (Corporate Video and Brand)
Position Summary:
The Associate Creative Director works alongside the Creative Director of Marketing AV to create and implement engaging video campaigns for Brand, Corporate Communications, and Original Programming. This role includes concept development, project management, and oversight of both internal and external teams. Responsibilities involve coordinating with corporate and editorial partners, managing budgets, and leading a team of producers to create innovative content across platforms.
Your Role Accountabilities:
• Lead creative projects for Corporate Relations (e.g., DEI, CSR, Comms, B2B), Brand AV, and Original Programming Marketing AV campaigns.
• Oversee multi-title and single-title AV pieces for theatrical and library content.
• Conceptualize and execute AV content for Corporate Communications, Brand, and Original Programming.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure projects are within scope and budget.
• Manage and mentor in-house producers, elevating the creative quality of content.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration within cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Mentor team members in both hard and soft skills to support their development.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving, capable of influencing innovative marketing ideas.
• Proficient in production management, video editing, writing, and post-production.
• Skilled in creative marketing from concept through execution, with expertise in presenting ideas and pitching concepts.
