Your New Role
The Director of Corporate Events is responsible for spearheading event activation, from ideation to flawless execution of show and event logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for WBD brands. The director must be able to lead strategically, while also being hands-on in overseeing the day-to-day needs of event activation. The director will work closely with internal clients and partners to build and deliver the event vision.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Event Activation: Pre-Production / On-Site Prep
• Acts as the primary event producer for Corporate events, overseeing and leading the entire life cycle of event creation.
• Work cross functionally to develop and implement best practice strategies and ensure project taskforces are clear on deliverables, timelines and roles and responsibilities.
• Source and manage vendors and production partners to ensure they are meeting the specific design direction and guidelines that are in line the event strategy, brand, image & budget.
• Develop and manage the overall event processes (including event concept, catering, furniture, décor, entertainment, activations, etc.) involving key stake holders with the decision-making process.
• Event Activation: Event Execution
• Lead and oversee all event elements with venue, vendors and staff
• Must be able to find fast solutions and implement back up plans during event activation
• Act as executive.
• Event Activation: Post-Production
• Create detailed reports for client groups outlining results and key learning's for major WBD events and initiatives
• Invoicing and budget wrap up
• Continual research on current industry standards, event design, technology, creative vendors/talent, music, pop culture, etc
Qualifications and Experience
• 8+ years in event marketing and execution
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Proven relationships with event design and production. Familiarity with conceiving and executing large scale events.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Equipped with strong management skills, attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple vendors, projects, tasks and navigate budgets, negotiations, and technical complexities of each project
• Creativity is a must. Ability to activate brands in non-traditional ways.
• Must be a flexible, focused and energetic team player with commitment to high-quality deliverables
• Dedication to quality, sense of urgency, and ability to thrive under pressure
• Flexibility, outstanding organizational and time management skills, and a creative approach to problem solving
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Creative leadership - experience in guiding fabrication of event elements.
• Diplomacy is a must. You should be able to project confidence when dealing with difficult personalities. Ability to interact with a diverse and dispersed employee base, championing communication across the organization both internationally and domestically.
• Technical and creative skills in building decks/presentation (Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Suite of Apps, etc.)
• Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work at a fast pace under strict deadlines
• Must be able to engage in travel on an as-needed basis
• Must be able to conduct business during non-business hours, including weekends, when necessary and be ''on call'' as needed

Pay Range: $109,200.00 - $202,800.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
