The Director, Digital Growth is responsible for all aspects of growth across the DC Digital business inclusive of setting KPIs and targets, creating digital acquisition campaigns, identifying new business opportunities, fostering 3P relationships, and driving operational effectiveness. This role partners closely with the VP, Digital to create the long-term strategy for the Digital business and manages day-to-day operations with a direct team and cross-functional partners. This role works closely with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure healthy growth of the DC Comics digital business.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Business Management
• Direct responsibility for growth of the DC Digital business, spanning Subscription, Audio, Digital Collectibles, and 3P Channels (such as Amazon, Google, Apple, etc.)
• Develop and manage operational budgets tied to the DC Digital 3P businesses.
• Set KPIs, monitor financial performance, and ensure growth targets are hit.
• Strategic Planning
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies geared toward growing the overall DC Digital business, complementing the healthy tension between first party subscription and 3P revenue streams.
• Develop a digital distribution landscape that balances the management of existing business models while leaning into innovative growth areas.
• Partnership / Business Development & Management
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and sales channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
• Digital Product & Performance Marketing
• Manage digital marketing agency relationship and contract supporting both the Consumer Products and DC Comics businesses across performance, social, and affiliate.
• Create end-to-end digital campaigns aimed at growing awareness and driving acquisition for DC UNIVERSE INFINITE (DCUI).
• Partner with cross functional marketing teams to support title specific content marketing.
• Track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance.
• Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience…
Work Experience
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience required.
• Experience with digital subscription businesses or digital transactional businesses required.
• Expertise in creating financial models, exceeding growth targets, and projecting business impact based on planned initiatives and industry landscape required.
• Strong track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building relationships with partners strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with digital marketing campaigns and platforms (Google, Meta, Tik Tok, etc.) strongly preferred.
• Leadership experience (5+ years) strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies like blockchain, digital collectibles, and audio platforms is a plus.
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree in business administration (MBA) preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
• Must have the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, stakeholders, and agencies.
• Must have the ability to plan, facilitate, and manage digital marketing campaigns across performance, social, and affiliate channels.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully (both verbally and in writing) with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Must have the ability to organize, work well under time constraints, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks and project elements simultaneously.
• Must have the ability to pay close attention to details.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat required.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $105,000.00 - $195,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
