Director of Global Digital Creative Marketing

This is a Full Time Job

Provides support to the SVP, Worldwide Digital Marketing Content in all aspects of BTS Content needs.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Develop and oversee social media content that aligns with their overall marketing goals and objectives.
• Work closely with the team to develop visually appealing and engaging social media content that is tailored to specific platforms and audiences.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithm changes, and adjust content strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with the Social Media analysts to analyze social media performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with marketing teams to create Digital BTS content for campaign.
• Liaise with Publicity, Creative, Home Entertainment and Filmmakers for Digital content updates and feedback
• Oversee the content approval process for legal, music, filmmakers and talent
• Must have the ability to organize and schedule work effectively.
• Track project/shoot budgets and update financial breakdowns.

Qualifications & Experience...
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Experience working with budgets
• Solid experience in social media management and digital media, with a focus on entertainment companies or agencies
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt tone and voice for different social media platforms and digital audiences
• Knowledge of social media best practices and emerging trends
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in PowerPoint, and Excel
• Knowledge of editing procedures and finishing procedures for audio visual materials.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $105,000.00 - $195,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
