Warner Bros. Discovery is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support to the Executive Vice President of Global Publicity. The role involves managing the executive’s busy schedule, handling logistics, and supporting the Global Publicity department’s activities.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the executive’s calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules
• Maintain professionalism while interacting with senior management, filmmakers, talent, agents, and external agencies
• Assist at screenings, press junkets, premieres, and other special events as needed
• Prepare and distribute department calendars, memos, and correspondence
• Maintain files, records, and indexes, and handle inquiries
• Manage international publicity market distribution lists
