Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood gives guests an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at a working studio, allowing them to explore iconic sets and soundstages on the 110-acre backlot where some of the greatest entertainment in history was made.
Position: Tour Associate
Start Dates: 11/24/24, 12/1/24, or 12/8/24
End Date: 1/11/25
Availability: Must be available from 12/18-1/5 with no time off permitted during these dates.
Your Role Accountabilities:
• Manage ticket sales, provide both scripted and unscripted presentations, escort guests around the studio, and handle phone inquiries and tour reservations.
• Drive a cart with up to 14 guests between Stage 48 and the Tour Center.
Qualifications & Experience:
• A valid California driver's license is required. If you have an out-of-state license, record the license number before applying for an in-state license as it will be needed to check your driving history.
• A safe driving record with at least 6 months of driving history.
• Strong communication and social skills, with the ability to effectively speak in front of an audience.
• Ability to retain detailed and accurate information, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, adhering to the department's established dress code.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, varying from Sunday to Saturday, between 6am and 7pm.
• Must be a super fan of film and TV!
Compensation:
The pay rate for this position is $17 per hour. Actual salaries may vary based on factors including location, experience, and performance. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
