Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a smart, creative, hyper-organized sports enthusiast to join our Commercial Strategy team as a Manager. This individual will manage the positioning strategy and sales packaging for key sports tentpoles, while proactively identifying new revenue-driving opportunities. The Manager will also leverage the breadth of the TNT Sports ecosystem to provide cross-property promotional support of key WBD Network, Streaming, and Theatrical priorities. This cross-functional role interfaces with a variety of internal stakeholders to develop and execute highly effective solutions that drive Sports-direct revenue and bolster business-critical initiatives across Warner Bros. Discovery at large.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Develop and implement revenue-focused initiatives to drive profitability across all of our TNT Sports properties, brands, and linear, digital, and social platforms.
• Lead market positioning strategy and tentpole packaging around key sports calendar and cultural moments.
• Oversee operationalization of go-to-market process, while seeking to consistently identify efficiencies.
• Act as liaison with our analytics, content production, content programming, and sales teams to maximize efficiencies and streamline communication/feedback loops.
• Spearhead best-in-class cross-property support (''Fusion'') across US Nets, Streaming, and Theatrical to ensure equitable promotion of prioritized IP across our league properties and app/social inventory.
• Act as the Sport/league expert, in tandem with the Consumer Marketing lead, to garner cross-property support (''Fusion'') and leverage the breadth of the WBD ecosystem to bolster key Sports tentpoles.
• Maintain diligent tracking of campaign outputs and leverage data to inform future cross-functional promo and/or revenue-driving initiatives.
Qualifications & Experiences...
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in integrated marketing / strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with executive-level decision-makers.
• Creative thinker who can present opportunities visually in Keynote/PPT.
• Excellent project management skills (detail-oriented); ability to move multiple proactive initiatives forward and manage varying reactive deliverables simultaneously.
• Keen eye for process efficiencies with ability to leverage software – from custom spreadsheets to third party platforms - to bolster efforts.
• Proven ability to develop best-in-class sponsorship opportunities across social and digital (linear and/or streaming is a bonus).
• Proven ability to influence, inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data, research, and trends into actionable insights.
• Demonstration of intellectual curiosity and strong judgement especially in the face of ambiguity.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $74,900.00 - $139,101.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
