Reporting to the EVP, Worldwide Studio Operations, the Manager, Studio Operations Marking is responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy at Warner Bros. Studios Burbank. The role leads and oversees all areas of Marketing including brand, design, content, digital, social media, internal communications and events across the Studio.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Devise and implement marketing strategy and plans, creating and delivering marketing campaigns for Warner Bros. Studio Operations businesses.
• Responsible for all internal and external marketing materials and merchandise from concept and design, through to production and delivery.
• Oversee all digital marketing including updating the content within the website CMS, digital noticeboards and plasma screens.
• Generate internal and external communications including newsletters, presentations and news stories, supporting with copywriting across business divisions.
• Collaborate and support wider business Sustainability, Training, and DEI initiatives with comprehensive marketing support.
• Coordinate and manage involvement with film industry partnerships and events.
• Commission and produce video content including showreels, interviews and social media video pieces. Manage photo and video library to include behind the scenes footage, showreels, testimonials and production stills, establishing relationships with Productions and securing production materials for campaign use.
• Effective management of multiple agencies across digital, brand, design and social media driving strategy and curating all content.
• Oversee brand application across all businesses under WBSO and be the 'brand champion'.
• Budget management for all Marketing spend across WBSO departments and associated events.
Qualifications and Experience…
A passion for all forms of marketing and strong, relevant marketing experience at Manager level.
• A strategic department head and a highly organized mind with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A resourceful, proactive, and self-motivated thinker, happy to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Excellent internal and external stakeholder management with the ability to work with people at various levels of the business.
• Commercially astute with strong budget management and forecasting abilities.
• Experience of managing design, digital and social media agencies.
• Strong graphic design skills with knowledge of Adobe Creative suite.
• Strong PC skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
