The Role:
The Post Producer at Warner Bros. De Lane Lea is responsible for managing feature films and high-end episodic television productions through post-production. This includes coordinating internal teams and ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow while delivering a first-class customer experience.
Your Role Accountabilities:
• Manage feature films and episodic television projects throughout the facility, liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Understand and manage all deliverable requirements, including technical specs, onboarding processes, and QC workflows.
• Provide detailed cost and billing analysis for each production.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels and actively assist in the sales process.
• Manage schedules for creatives, operators, and support staff across the picture department.
• Present and manage workflows during pre-production meetings with key clients.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Experience as a Post Producer / Post Production Manager on Studio Level Features and high-end TV Drama.
• Deep knowledge of feature film and episodic television post production processes and industry-standard deliverables.
• Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships, with experience generating new business from existing and new clients.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle client service matters proactively.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team, motivating others and managing day-to-day challenges.
• A calm and effective approach in high-pressure situations, with precise attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Conditions of Service, Contracts of Employment, and Health and Safety regulations as they pertain to staff.
Workplace Requirements:
This is an onsite role, meaning all working hours will be carried out at the office locations in Soho and Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden.
