This is a Full Time Job
Reporting to the SVP, Strategy & Operations, WBD Studios, the Senior Analyst will play a critical role and be responsible for identifying growth opportunities across all the business units of the Studios segment and partnering with them to develop, present, and execute against those plans. This position will work closely with leaders across corporate functions and the Studios, including CFOs/finance, BU-level strategy, operations and franchise teams, and focus on growth opportunities impacting the theatrical, TV, themed experiences, consumer products, games, content sales, and studio operations businesses.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Strategy & Business Case Development
• Support SVP in leading the identification and evaluation of growth opportunities across the Studios segment and COO WBD areas of responsibility
• Manage robust execution plans and track performance for growth projects
• Build and own where required financial models for growth projects, including summarizing impact of key changes and running sensitivities
• Develop strategy presentations independently for internal review
Develop Strategic Plans
• Put together comprehensive business cases / analyses for new investments and projects, in partnership with key stakeholders
• Support the development of strategic plans that lay out the long-term vision for the Studios segment
• Support the development of the vision for WBD Global Experiences, including the growth plan, prioritization of initiatives, and overall roadmap
• Monitor key industry trends / competitive landscape that impact the Studios
• Formulate insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis and research of market trends and WBD Studios needs
Drive Operational Excellence
• Support, as needed, deal process with potential partners, in partnership with Business Unit teams
• Manage relevant workstreams on cross-functional projects and act as day-to-day liaison for internal stakeholders
• Track efficiency/optimization opportunities and risks
• Manage projects and individual workstreams such as Studio investment opportunities and strategic planning activities from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and inform data-driven decisions
• Embrace continuous improvement and innovation within the organization
Qualifications & Experiences:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in strategy (management consulting preferred), business development, or finance (investment banking preferred) role.
• Bachelor's degree from a top university.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in media and entertainment industry preferred.
• Experience in multinational, complex organizations preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with strong ability to present complex information effectively.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and hit aggressive deadlines.
• High quality, consistent deliverables.
• Occasional travel will be needed.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $66,920.00 - $124,280.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
