We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Liaison Senior Manager to lead the successful delivery of a diverse slate of programmes, initiatives, and courses at our new flagship training and education centre at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden.
Reporting to the Director of CrewHQ, you will be a strategic leader with strong operational management expertise, budget oversight skills, and a passion for closing the skills gaps in Film and High-End TV in the UK. You will also be responsible for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring all business functions-such as People & Culture, Compliance, Legal and Finance-align seamlessly to support the delivery of high-quality training solutions.
Please note that the role has a requirement of 5 days per week in the office, will involve some travel and will require flexibility to be on location for short periods as needed.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Implement the strategy and budget outlined by the CrewHQ Director, ensuring all programmes align with organisational goals and industry standards.
• Translate the strategic vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes by setting and communicating clear KPIs and delivery plans
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of training and development programmes for entry, mid, and senior-level crew across Warner Bros. Discovery HETV/ Film Productions, using industry knowledge and experience.
• Manage and lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals with expertise in Education and Film / TV Production to collaborate effectively. Aligning their efforts to achieve seamless programme delivery while maintaining full compliance with all requirements.
• Monitor and manage programme budgets to ensure all initiatives are delivered within allocated funding.
• Optimise resource allocation and implement cost-effective measures to achieve programme goals.
• Work collaboratively with the team to develop industry and non-profit partners, for example, BFI, London Screen Academy, RADA and NFTS to maintain existing relationships
• Partner with WBSL marketing to develop case studies, videos, impact reports etc. to showcase CrewHQ and our commitment to skills training internally and externally.
• To assist in the development of our marketing, ensuring that our voice is representative of a diverse production workforce
Qualifications & Experience...
• Solid proven experience in Film / HETV Production
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary / multi-stakeholder environment
• A commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
• Strong relationships and reputation within the UK screen sector
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative and adaptable leader
