Job Title: Senior Social Producer
Department: House of Highlights - Original Content Team
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $84,000.00 - $156,001.00 per year
Role Summary:
House of Highlights is looking for a Senior Social Producer to be an integral part of its Original Content team, focusing on the development and execution of creator-led original content projects that engage the Gen Z audience and push the HoH brand forward. The role requires specific expertise in YouTube, TikTok, and emerging creators.
Your Role Accountabilities:
• Develop show/video ideas and executions, create production plans, and supervise implementation. Projects are generally complex and may involve managing multiple projects simultaneously in conjunction with other departments.
• Lead all elements of the original content production cycle, including talent evaluation/negotiations/acquisition, location contracts, storyboarding, set design, scheduling, production calendars, producing, and editing.
• Drive creative brainstorming sessions around new show concepts, tentpole events, and access-driven opportunities.
• Provide creative guidance to other producers, editors, show talent, and more.
• Work closely with the social programming team to ensure formats, hooks, and run of show align with the HoH voice.
Qualifications & Experiences:
• 3-5+ years of video production experience.
• Passion for new and emerging social trends, sports, and social/digital media.
• Deep understanding of viral video content created for social media, specifically YouTube and TikTok.
• 2+ years of experience producing for social platforms, specifically YouTube and/or TikTok.
• Experience producing live content, particularly competition, is a plus.
• Proven ability to edit for TikTok/Shorts formats.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends, and travel as required.
• Ability to pivot and change direction depending on content and production needs.
• Energetic and enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys working under pressure.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary Range: $84,000.00 - $156,001.00 per year (actual salary may vary based on factors such as experience, skill set, and performance).
