This is a Full Time Job
unity opened in our incredible Studio Operations team. You will be providing crucial support to the Client Services & Studio Ops Department, ensuring an efficient service delivery to our internal and external clients at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden.
As part of this role, you will be co-ordinating activity across the backlot areas, workshops and stages, along with supervising the Backlot Assistant and wider team. You will also be gaining excellent knowledge of the industry and Studio Management.
We are looking for a highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive approach to supporting all WBSL departments, production clients and third-party stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities…
• To assist the Assistant Operations Manager in the daily operation of the site and deputise in their absence. This is to include both the Back Lot areas and supporting wider Studio spaces.
• Deliver operations handbook inductions, stage inductions, Backlot 2 Operating Management Plan inductions to clients ensuring they understand all studio procedures and policies.
• Ensure Back Lot maps and measurements are updated accordingly to assist with future sales.
• Coordinate production schedules, call sheets and movement orders, ensuring site awareness and activity forecasting, escalating challenges to management when needed.
• Assist with overseeing and coordinating SFX tests on backlot areas and notify police, fire and/or residents when required.
• Coordinate the daily site activity including temporary structures movements, general production activity, shooting activity and support space management.
• Monitor utilities usages across the lot, work closely with facilities, client services and finance to ensure correct data is being recorded for billing purposes.
• Help with managing personal requests for vehicles, animals etc.
• Manage the 'New Hires and End Hires' process with multiple stakeholders and production client.
Qualifications & Experiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with various departments, clients, and external contractors.
• Ability to work effectively under extreme pressure, maintaining composure and performance in high-stress situations.
• Willingness to work unsociable hours when necessary to support out-of-hours shooting activities.
• Strong customer service skills to support management and client services with recces and other client interactions.
• Experience in motivating and leading a team, including overseeing task completion and schedules.
• Experience in writing and updating SOPs and site policies.
• Familiarity with the day-to-day operations of a film and tv studio.
• Ability to use multiple software's to include but not limited to, Microsoft packages, Canver, Photoshop
• Full driving license.
• IOSH Health & Safety Qualification is desirable.
Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
