Warner Bros. Discovery - Supervisor, Scheduling & Post Ops
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Supervisor for Scheduling & Post Ops to oversee post-production projects, scheduling, and resource management for edit, audio, and design teams. This role will also supervise a team of project leads, ensuring efficient project completion and providing career development support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate project kick-off meetings and develop detailed project plans to ensure on-time completion
• Maintain relationships with internal partners and serve as the contact for post-production, editing, audio, and graphics teams
• Coordinate post-production workflows and communicate project status and deadlines with partners
• Schedule edit, audio, and design resources, including personnel, and manage session information
• Provide updates on projects and department progress to the Director of Post & Scheduling Ops
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and enhance operational efficiencies
• Prepare department cost/utilization reports and ensure accurate billing for post-production projects
• Supervise and mentor project leads, supporting their professional development
Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in post-production or business environment
• At least 4 years’ experience supervising and managing teams
• Proven ability to manage high-profile creative or post-production projects
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software (MediaPulse, Workfront) is a plus
• Familiarity with data visualization software (Tableau) is a plus
• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience required
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
