Job Title: Tour Associate (Spanish Speaking) (Part-Time Temporary)

Summary of Position:
Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood takes guests behind the scenes of a working studio, offering an insider look at the production of iconic films and TV shows. The Spanish-speaking Tour Associate will guide guests around the 110-acre studio lot, providing an engaging and customized experience.

Your Accountabilities:
• Provide guided tours of the 110-acre working studio lot, including production facilities, sound stages, exterior sets, and other areas of interest, while driving a specialized tour cart
• Create a customized guest experience through unscripted and engaging storytelling focused on the historical and current productions filmed on the Warner Bros. Studio
• Deliver excellent service while responding to phone inquiries, coordinating tour reservations, and fulfilling special requests and accommodations
• Drive a tour cart with up to 14 guests approximately 50% of each shift, navigating streets throughout the lot along with pedestrian and cyclist areas

Qualifications and Experience:
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required
• A record of safe driving with at least 6 months of driving history
• A valid CA driver's license; out-of-state applicants should note their license number before applying for a CA license
• Strong communication and social skills, with the ability to speak effectively in front of an audience
• Ability to retain detailed and accurate information, work outdoors in year-round weather conditions, and walk/stand for extended periods
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, adhering to the department's dress code
• Able to work flexible shifts, varying from Sunday to Saturday between 6am – 7pm
• Passionate about film and TV

Compensation:
