The Job
Warner Bros. Pictures, a division of WB Studio Enterprises Inc. seeks a Physical Production Finance Administrator for the Physical Production Finance department. Assists in all aspects of physical production finance. Provides administrative support to the Physical Production Finance Executive.
The Daily
• Responsible for processing pre-production payroll, accounts payable, petty cash, etc. (prior to show accountant starting) as directed.
• Performs and maintains show set-up checklist.
• Updates and distributes production reports.
• Administers forms and policies and procedures; provides updates to production budgeting manual.
• Handles all billing. Prepares check requests as needed.
• Responsible for reconciling department expenses and P-Card transactions.
• Provides general support for freelance accountants as needed.
• Handles administrative duties for supervisor's desk, including: preparing correspondence, reports, contracts, etc.; coordinates travel and hotel accommodations; schedules meetings, screens calls; creates and maintains various files, schedules, records and logs; greets clients and executives.
• Performs research as requested.
• Manages special projects as assigned.
The Essentials
• Previous administrative experience required.
• Previous SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Previous production finance experience preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• College courses preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
• Typing 45 wpm preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP strongly preferred.
• PowerPoint strongly preferred.
• 10-key calculator by sight.
• Knowledge of standard accounting practices.
• Knowledge of file set-up, maintenance and filing procedures.
• Knowledge of basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and English usage.
• Knowledge of report, letter, etc. formats.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel, in person and on the telephone.
• Must be able to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to organize and schedule work effectively.
• Must be able to work well under time constraints in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
