Analyst, Digital Marketing Operations
A little bit about our team:
The mission of the Digital Marketing department is to drive fandom, music consumption, D2C purchases and social conversation/engagement using innovative digital marketing strategies. The team is responsible for all aspects of an artist's digital presence including digital narrative development, digital advertising, social content ideation, influencer campaigns, digital advertising, CRM, social/digital partner activations, content seeding, websites, etc. We work directly with the artists to translate the vision of their music into groundbreaking digital campaigns and provide in-depth creative consulting geared toward growing a highly engaged fanbase.
Your role:
If paying attention to detail, anticipating anything that might go wrong, learning from your mistakes, and getting things done sounds just like you, this is your opportunity. You will work behind the scenes, in a fast-paced team environment. You will also be the main contact for outside vendors and helping to get them paid on time.
Here you'll get to:
• Manage Digital Marketing budgets with internal team
• Process invoices, including the creation of vendors and coding of invoices in our financial systems
• Correspond with vendors to issue purchase orders and resolve outstanding invoice issues
• Get new vendors set up in the Warner Music Group systems for payment
About you:
• Highly organized, resourceful, have a strong attention to detail
• Calm under pressure.
• Good with numbers and finance programs
• Hard worker for whom no task is too small
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, financials, and math
• Self-motivated and able to complete tasks independently
• Have a genuine curiosity about learning the music industry
We'd love it if you also had:
• Experience & competency with Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
• Experience with Ariba

Salary Range
$17.95 to $22.00 Hourly
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
