Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategic plans
• Translate high-level goals into actionable objectives and key results (OKRs)
• Oversee critical company initiatives and special projects
• Manage competing priorities and resource allocation
• Analyze industry and company data to inform strategic decisions
• Stay updated on music industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis
• Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements across the organization
