Coordinator, Release Operations | Warner Music Group
Warner Music Group is a global collective of music makers and tech innovators. The Release Operations team works in support of the Rhino/Global Catalogue label and manages the day-to-day production and operational needs to deliver content and releases to market.
Your Role:
As a Coordinator, you will oversee the production process for TPM Custom Products, working closely with departments to ensure projects are properly set up and executed.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and oversee the production process for TPM Custom Products
• Track customer credit lines and ensure proper setup with manufacturing partners
• Ensure all necessary materials, including BOMs and capacity, are secured
• Manage Inventory Management/Manufacturing processes for new projects
• Track new release deliverables and submit manufacturing orders
• Collaborate with Inventory Management to ensure accurate PO submissions and timely invoicing
• Liaise with vendors for quote requests and track component deliveries
• Troubleshoot issues related to manufacturing, shipping, and invoicing
• Assist with tracking financial goals and special departmental projects
About You:
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to anticipate issues and troubleshoot independently
• Able to handle multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
• Clear and concise communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Team player with strong collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• College degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with both Mac and PC platforms is a plus
• Previous entertainment industry experience
Compensation:
Hourly pay range: $25.00 to $27.68. Compensation depends on experience and business needs.
