Job Title: Coordinator, Scheduling
A little bit about our team:
Our team sets up, schedules and gets all the pieces in place for new digital releases to be delivered to digital service providers (DSPs) like Spotify, Apple, etc. and for new physical releases (mostly CDs, vinyl and cassettes to be manufactured).
This role is focused on the scheduling for these releases. You would be working closely with fellow team members who handle credits, metadata and traffic as well as key label personnel. Your work will be vital to having the right music delivered to the right place at the right time.
Your role:
Your work will directly affect getting the newest music delivered properly. You will assist in setup and scheduling of new physical and digital releases. You will be part of a team of professionals but will have responsibility for your own projects, handle multiple tasks and juggle various priorities.
Here you'll get to:
• Handle the setup of digital audio single releases as well as provide backup coverage for albums, EP's & videos.
• Handle setup of releases when additional new configurations are being added for scheduled albums.
• Manage setup and scheduling for all TikTok releases.
• Chase securing financial tracking numbers (WBSEs) from the label on various releases Atlantic, WMI-owned repertoire, and releases on 300 Entertainment.
• Add scheduling for Audiomack when requested after initial scheduling.
• Enter initial order quantities and pricing into the New Release Scheduling database for physical releases.
• Input contacts and deadlines in the New Release Scheduling database for singles.
• Back-up fellow team members when they are out.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
About you:
• You have 3-5 years of relevant experience
• You exhibit strong attention to detail.
• You are able to work autonomously and in a group setting.
• You are able to function accurately and efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• You have outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize your workload.
• You have the ability to turn last minute projects around quickly on a tight deadline.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You are willing to work a non-traditional schedule and demonstrate flexibility dependent on time sensitive priorities and releases
We'd love it if you also had:
• A college degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Salary Range
$25.00 to $30.76 Hourly
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
