Job Title: Director, Office of the CEO

Duties:
• Assist with high-priority and special projects for the Office of the CEO.
• Design and produce complex documents, reports, and presentations.
• Lead initiatives that synthesize data insights across various company initiatives.
• Conduct quantitative, financial analysis, and ad hoc analyses for the CEO and senior executives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address strategic and operational issues.
• Develop and maintain budgets and operating plans to support programs.
• Create evaluation frameworks to assess strengths and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare strategic presentations using PowerPoint, incorporating complex charts, graphs, and data visualizations.
• Conduct research, synthesize information, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform recommendations.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the CEO, including coordinating Board decks and updates for internal/external meetings.
• Manage multiple project deliverables with independent timelines.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in strategic communications for executives, including creating presentations for C-suite stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis and decision support.
• Experience using Tableau and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Knowledge of financial modeling to analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Familiarity with statistical methodologies for data analysis and business strategy development.
Salary:
$185,000 to $191,000 annually. Actual base pay depends on work experience and business needs.
