• Collaborate with Compliancy Director on specialty retail customer requirements.
• Monitor D2C products for reduced sales and suggested deletion.
• Pull weekly preorder list from Magento and collaborate with the team on cross-platform (retail vs. D2C) product issues.
• Request Inventory Cycle Counts for audit and research purposes.
• Help Director review t-shirt receipts daily match to open POs, investigate discrepancies with warehouse.
• Act as Production, Manufacturing, and Label Liaison covering supply chain product related issues including but not limited to recalls, quality control, and deletions.
• Research and manage product related issues, initiate changes or corrections for system maintenance required to resolve issues.
• Assist department Director with MES Product Master review and activation process.
Rockstar candidates:

• You are research oriented, have an acute attention to detail, and stellar problem-solving skills.
• You are a dedicated team player.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
