Title: Chief of Staff, Marketing
Your role:
The Chief of Staff will collaborate with the CMO, CEO, and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to develop and implement strategic initiatives, translating high-level goals into actionable OKRs.
They will support executive decision-making, manage key programs, drive organizational improvements, and address skill gaps to enhance processes and productivity across the marketing function.
Additionally, the Chief of Staff will facilitate cross-departmental communication, prepare executive-level communications and reports, and ensure the consistency and quality of deliverables across the marketing organization.
This individual will also play a pivotal role in expanding global marketing talent development frameworks, partnering closely with the People team lead.
Finally the Chief of Staff will oversee budget control of the CMO group in partnership with the finance team.
Here you'll get to:
Strategic Planning and Execution
• Partner with senior leadership to define and implement strategic priorities and change programmes
• Project manage key initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation across the label.
• Oversee the annual identification and prioritization of tech team resources for Marketing in partnership with Marketing Enablement and Intelligence groups on both a regional and local level
Executive Communication and Reporting:
• Ensure relevant and timely updates to the CEO on Marketing Group strategy, delivering ongoing performance and progress updates
• Lead on Executive Leadership Team cross functional comms - Define and own executive updates to ensure ongoing stakeholder engagement and alignment across interdependent business areas (catalogue, ADA, WMX)
Group Performance Management:
• Run the annual and quarterly OKR (Objectives & Key Results) process across the global Functional Marketing Organization
• Partner with Finance and Regional Presidents to manage the bottom up allocation of FTE resources as well as the top down management of marketing investment across our global marketing organisation
Culture and People:
• Partner with the people team to ensure alignment of a productive and supportive culture across the marketing organisation, pushing forward our One Warner mentality
• Ensure learning and development programmes are being established and integrated across our marketing employee network
About you:
• 8+ years of experience in strategic or marketing roles within music, creative or entertainment industries
• Proven track record of coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
• Great communicator & storyteller: verbal, written, and in slides. Adept at tailoring their messaging to the audience
• Capable of absorbing and processing high volumes of information, and synthesizing it and utilizing it to connect dots
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Understanding of basic finance and change management principles
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Salary Range
$160,000 to $200,000 Annually
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
