Position Overview:
As a Program Director within Warner Music Group's Finance Transformation (FIT) team, you will manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables. You will collaborate with stakeholders, maintain project plans, allocate resources, and ensure that project tasks are completed successfully within budget and schedule constraints.
Responsibilities Include:
• Partnering with Transformation Leads, Change Management teams, and Process Owners to define and prioritize project plans
• Proactively managing the project roadmap and revising as needed to meet changing needs
• Overseeing project execution and ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget
• PMO experience in SAP S4 Hana implementation, working with large system integrators
• Managing project requirements documentation and change request processes
• Monitoring project progress against goals and generating reports on program status
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure successful project outcomes
• Acting as a liaison between the project team and stakeholders to manage expectations
• Managing third-party vendors, ensuring adherence to scope of work (SOW) requirements
• Handling program delivery, third-party budgets, and timelines
Qualifications:
• 15+ years of experience in Program Management for Global Finance Transformation
• PMO experience in SAP S4 Hana implementation
• Expertise in business workflow improvement and managing large-scale projects
• Strong track record of delivering results, meeting deadlines, and maintaining momentum
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is $200,000 to $250,000, depending on work experience and business needs. Additional benefits and compensation bonuses are available.
