Want to work with the world's leading music publishers and best-known record labels in the industry? As an Emerging Talent Associate at Warner Music Group you will participate in strategic meetings, help to solve key business issues, network with our senior leadership, and offer your ideas and perspectives to further WMG's global success.

Warner Music Group's Emerging Talent Program (ETP) is a paid program designed to provide students with the opportunity to apply their skills and previous experiences in the music industry. This multidimensional, hands-on program begins by matching students to specific departments across WMG's companies, based on their interests, for a semester-long experience. ETP is offered during the summer, fall and spring semesters.

Upon joining our team, Emerging Talent Associates are fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of their assigned department. In addition to gaining unparalleled industry experience, working as an Emerging Talent Associate ensures that you will obtain access to incredible development opportunities, such as our Capstone Project where students will develop a business idea for Warner Music Group. They will then have the opportunity to present their plan in front of our executives and gain on-the-spot feedback.

Candidates must be professionally motivated and driven to make a career in this ever-changing industry. We are looking for individuals who have a track record of success in a similar role and who has had experience with various parts of the music industry.

Rockstar candidates must:
• Be enrolled in an accredited university or college
• Be a senior or graduate student with an expected graduation date of 2019-2021
• Have completed at least two previous internships in the music, media, entertainment, or tech industries
• Have exceptional written/verbal communication skills
• Have a strong passion for working in the music industry/media
• Prior work experience (part-time/summer) preferred
• Proven Leadership experience on or off campus preferred
• Digital/technical savvy required
• Exhibit maturity and exceptional professional judgement
