A little bit about our team:
The Merchandise Production team supports artists, merchandise managers, product development and other internal customers to source, purchase, manage production and deliver merchandise for a vast roster of artists covering concert tours, eCommerce and outside retailers. Merchandise includes a variety of branded apparel, headwear, accessories, posters, etc.
Your role:
Supporting Merch Production team in product development, sourcing, purchasing, project management, delivery and all other steps involved in merchandise production for third party retailers. This is a fast paced, high volume position that requires multi-tasking, resourcefulness & problem solving. Constant monitoring and follow up of multiple orders simultaneously.
Here you'll get to:
• Support Merch Production team and a variety of internal customers and stakeholders (Retail Sales, Product Managers, Creative, accounting, etc)
• Assist with merchandise orders for a large roster of artists
• Assist w/quotes and purchase orders to insure successful delivery
• Track production schedule daily
• Collect and distribute shipping documents
• Communicate shipment schedule to stakeholders
About you:
• You have experience, education or interest in apparel and accessory manufacturing, Screen Printing, Purchasing, Project mgt and Retail merchandise
• You have excellent organizational, time management and attention to detail skills
• You can take direction and eager to learn from the ground up
• You are customer focused
• You are a Team Player (critical)
• You enjoy a fast paced environment
• You have strong communication skills
• You have a driven work ethic
• Familiar with Microsoft, Google (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willing to learn new software and work flow systems
We'd love it if you also had:
• College degree preferred
• 1-2 years experience
• Music merch experience
• Retail related experience

Salary Range
