2025 Scoreboard Gameday Staff (Part-Time)
The Washington Nationals scoreboard staff is responsible for operating and managing every position in the scoreboard control room. These individuals work together seamlessly to execute a high level, in-venue event.
To be considered, individuals must have prior working knowledge of at least one of the below control room positions:
Technical Director
Replay
CG
Clip Playback
Tech Manager (EIC)
Tech Assistant (Utility)
Hard Camera Operation
Wireless Camera Operation
Audio Engineer
Stats / Scorekeeping
Qualified Individuals must have:
• Prior experience with live event control room settings and an in-depth knowledge of various control room equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of live event production.
• Ability to work and collaborate as a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
Compensation:
The projected wage rate for this position is dependent based on the role that is offered. Actual pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to the applicant's: qualifications, skills, expertise, education/training, certifications, and other organization requirements. Starting salaries for new employees are frequently not at the top of the applicable salary range.

Salary/Benefits
$30.00 - 70.00 per hour
