Associate Producer

This is a Full Time Job

The Associate Producer is responsible for assisting producers with shoots, content ideation, research, post-production and project management for the Washington Wizards. The position will work a flexible schedule including game nights and weekend events.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with MSE Production Management team to setup and book shoots.
• Assist camera operators and producers on shoots and generate field notes.
• Work closely with post-production team to get edits started.
• Manage edit deliverables across multiple platforms.
• Generate graphics requests and compile graphic info for editors.
• Film on-the-fly interviews, cover media availability, and practice as needed.
• Log and edit b-roll, quick-turn videos, and highlights using Premiere.
• Experience sourcing still images, stock, and archival footage.
• Assist in delivering video files and footage to internal and external partners
• Prioritize workload and track projects to meet timelines.
• Travel as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3 years of experience in a content production environment.
• Familiarity working with multiple camera systems and strong editing skills on Premiere.
• Strong shooting skills with proven track record.
• Knowledge and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team.
• Confidence to make quick decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to carry 40 lbs. of equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay Range: $67-75k USD.
