Wasserman Media Group, LLC is recruiting for an Executive Assistant for their Carlsbad, CA office to work in all verticals of their company including, but not limited to, sales, consulting, athlete management and new business development. This position will be responsible for multiple aspects of marketing/consulting for Company’s global lifestyle, marketing, and entertainment practice and assist a top Executive in all facets of their life. Wasserman Media Group, LLC is a global sports and entertainment company. It operates within the disciplines of Athlete Management, Consulting, and Sales. Headquartered in Los Angeles, Wasserman also has offices in New York, London, Carlsbad, Bethesda and Raleigh.
Responsibilities:
• Run errands for the Executive
• Coordinate all travel and send out daily schedule at the end of the day
• Responsible for inputting credit card and cash expenses and gathering any receipts for back up
• Long hours are routine, (including being available on nights and weekends for Executive’s travel changes, questions, email correspondence or any other issues that may arise)
• Responsible for setting up personal appointments and travel
• Develop written materials for specific projects, develop Power Point presentations, decks, proposals and other marketing/consulting materials
• Assist with building new business plans for future growth
• Onsite at special events to obtain content which will be used for research and analysis
• Assist in generating new client leads, and research potential new markets
• Attend high level meetings and help prepare Executive for such meetings, if necessary
• Travel with Executive globally to meetings or events, as requested by Executive
Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned task within an identified time frame
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis in Power Point, Excel and internet research skills
• Ability to work in a demanding atmosphere
• Previous administrative experience required; agency experience preferred
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required
