Social Media Marketing Manager - Watch it Now Entertainment
A busy fitness production and entertainment company is looking for a Social Media/Content Development Manager who has experience building external communities for brands and personalities on all online properties! The candidate will work closely with the President of the company, clients, and various teams to spread brand awareness and manage social media for clients and their products. You must be highly motivated, organized and knowledgeable of online media including social media and blogs. Candidate should be an expert in all social media networks including-Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Tumblr, Pinterest, Google+ and more. A perfect candidate for this role is well knowledgeable on online media, have successful marketing strategy in promoting revenue, and have experience in website management. We are looking for someone with the ability to multi-task while maintaining focus on primary objectives.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Lead client social media strategy with the goal of growing client's social media presence with relevant customers and audiences
• Oversee social media strategies for client - focusing on revenue growth
• Partner with internal teams including production, editing, IT, and others to maximize the power of social media within a regulated industry
• Develop and apply best practices for each platform based on demographics and marketing goals (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+)
• Background in social platform's ads-Facebook, Twitter, and Google Ads.
• Expert in Photoshop designing and editing-for social media images.
• Oversee reporting and analytics
• Coordinate the planning of social media calendars. Act as the advocate of social media integration within the company
• Determine and maintain support for day-to-day social media efforts. Oversee and guide work with clients and other external resources - partnerships, promotions, and contests.
• Produce compelling and engaging content that supports client, their product goals
• Research and implement the latest tools and resources to increase impact, reach and measurability - both internally and emerging best practices and technologies from the market
• Regularly monitor the competitive space and be aware of market changes, developments and trends
• Strong background in client interaction; experience with training and mentoring clients on social media methodologies.
