Overview
Watson is looking for a freelance Community Manager to work with our social team to distribute content and manage communities for designated theatrical and/or streaming campaigns on behalf of film studio clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience across high-profile social accounts with experience collaborating with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
This position will help manage the day-to-day social media publishing and engagement needs of our CM-based projects along with supporting the tone & voice exploration.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience at a creative agency or studio working with community management and social media management.
Experience across social listening, writing, engagement, publishing, and data analysis.
Competent creative writing skills with a proven history of impactful narratives across genres, moments, and styles.
The ability to develop long-lead social plans while implementing short-term solutions individually and for a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to clients, internal team members, and film and television talent.
An up-to-date understanding of the social landscape with the ability to inform internal and external team members of best practices.
Well organized with an ability to succeed under pressure, managing multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
Actively engaging with a passion and understanding for breakthrough fan moments.
Proven track record in building and understanding social communities across existing and emerging platforms.
Passion for pop culture, movies, and TV shows.
Consistent and confident experience within analytics, reporting, and social CMS.
An inherent drive to spark conversation through your work - whether it be discussion, shares, comments, or press.
An artful understanding of craft, quality, and creativity across writing, visuals, and social.
A bachelor's in Marketing or Communications preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing the day-to-day CM responsibilities of select accounts and campaign initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to, post copy, QAing, publishing assets, executing replies, monitoring sentiment, tracking performance, setting up channels, coordinating collabs, updating social skins, managing weekly calendars, auditing talent accounts, reporting client watch-outs, and organizing publicity quote pulls.
Serving as the client-facing social counterpart on owned accounts to provide updates across social strategies, posting plans, engagement opportunities, and more.
Collaborating alongside the creative and strategy leads in the development of campaign tone & voice, post copy and engagement examples, and social concepts
Developing and contextualizing analytics reports that outline both data and strategic social recommendations based on performance and trends.
Monitoring real-time conversation and sentiment, making actionable creative recommendations to internal and external partners.
