Digital Media Assistant

''What The Dance'' is a music and entertainment company focused on organizing themed dance parties. The Digital Media Assistant would be responsible for assisting with digital content, providing creative input, and being a team player.

The role will assist with various digital tasks (creative ideation, social media planning, venue communication, video & artwork editing, etc.) and report to the Creative Director.

Responsibilities include:
Acting as a point of contact for venue teams and promoters
Creating and managing content for socials (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Contribute to creating promotional assets and overall campaigns for each event
Organize and manage digital assets such as footage, photos, and more

We'd love it if you:
Have experience with using Google Suite (If not, we can teach you!)
Have experience with video editing (Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.)
Have experience using Photoshop & Canva
Stay updated with pop culture and what's currently trending within the music scene (Pop, Latin, Hip Hop, etc.)
Fluent in Spanish

A star candidate comes with experience in all these fields and is prepared to dive into the systems we have in place for producing successful events.
