Intern - Production Company

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Award-winning Independent Production Company Whitewater Films seeks a student for an Unpaid In-Person Internship. With a feature slated to shoot in Spring 2025 on the East Coast, this is an excellent opportunity for first hand experience assisting a producer with a feature film in pre-production, and possibly remotely as well during production (exact production dates TBD).

Lunch and job related mileage reimbursement included. You must be able to receive credit for the internship with your school. Film school students will be given priority consideration.

Flexible start date, ideally no later than the week of January 21st. Internship will be 1 or 2 days per week (10:30am-5:30pm) ideally through May 15th. Ideal candidate should be available to work in person in L.A. for the duration of the internship.

Candidate must have a car

Seeking someone who is a detail-oriented self-starter with a positive attitude.

Duties include:
• Email management on behalf of the executive
• Calendar management
• Setting/scheduling meetings
• Light phone duties
• Drafting correspondence on behalf of the executive
• Social media management
• Research
• Heavy use of Google Suite, including Drive and Sheets
• Heavy use of Zoom
• LinkedIn management on behalf of the executive
• Reading company slate
• Attending meetings and taking minutes
• Errands and driving
