Office Assistant
Wondermind, a multimedia brand and content company dedicated to mental health storytelling across all platforms, is looking for a full time Office Assistant to support our Office Manager.
Responsibilities:
Office maintenance: keep office organized
Maintain and create spreadsheets
Order office and kitchen supplies
Keep an inventory of office supplies and items
Track, process, route and organize incoming and outgoing packages/ mail
Troubleshoot delivery issues
Track and log receipts and expenses
Complete invoices in a timely matter and carry out basic bookkeeping
Going on runs (must have a car and valid driver's license, will be reimbursed for mileage)
Maintain files and deal with other administrative support tasks
Answer phone calls and take messages
Schedule meetings and input information in the calendar
Welcome visitors to the office
Provide visitors with all necessary information (parking, restrooms, snacks, water etc)
Resolve office-related issues (IT, wifi, etc)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in an office environment (preferably in an administrative position)
Flexibility and the capability to prioritize new tasks
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent writing skills - strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Ability to work independently
Excellent time management skills
Self-organization
Customer service
Paying attention to detail
Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc.)
While this job will not be involved in the day-to-day aspects of development or production, this is a great environment for someone to learn more about the entertainment industry.
