Executive Assistant

Award-winning entertainment company World of Wonder is seeking an in-person executive assistant for its co-CEOs.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail are essential.
Experience at an agency, studio, production company, or network is REQUIRED.
Duties:
Manage busy calendars and phone communications for two high-level executives
Prioritize and maintain schedules and communications
Prepare agendas and follow up on action items
Take notes during calls as needed
Provide daily executive and administrative support
Collaborate with key production and development staff
Help coordinate travel logistics and itineraries
Qualifications:
Minimum two years of experience at an agency, studio, production company, or network
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strategic thinker with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Capable of managing high-level correspondence
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
Must be local to LA
Salary/Benefits
$20.00 - 25.00 per hour
Medical, dental, vision available after successful trial period.
