Job Description:
The Director of Music Strategy & Operations will support the Head of Music with project management and strategy execution for WWE’s internal projects and external music partnerships. This role will handle a variety of operational tasks, from communication flow to event coordination, to maximize WWE and UFC’s engagement with music.
Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Oversee short- and long-term projects, including internal WWE projects and external partnerships. Manage communication and deliverables across WWE, UFC, and music partners.
• Corporate Communications: Facilitate communication between the Head of Music, executives, and the broader organization.
• Strategy Review/Development: Manage department objectives, align music integration opportunities, and assist with growth initiatives.
• Department Communication Coordination: Update internal communications on music priorities, licensing timelines, music library deals, and marketing initiatives.
• Reports & Assessments: Generate and review reports on music usage, marketing impact, and licensing financial analysis.
• Database & Asset Management: Organize digital files and databases related to department tasks.
• Live Events Coordination: Arrange travel, hospitality, and agreements for talent performing at WWE events and support live performance logistics.
