Department

With more than 70 graphic designers, copywriters, producers, editors and photographers, the Creative Services and Photo team develops WWE's extensive collection of global creative assets across TV, digital, social media, print and more. Producing compelling designs and campaigns that reflect WWE and our larger-than-life Superstars, the team works across WWE's key lines of business-including Consumer Products, Global Sales & Partnership, Marketing, Live Events and Community Relations-to develop a captivating creative idea from inception to completion.

Responsibilities
• Project Management – this intern will work across various internal departments to support ongoing projects. This intern will also support projects through all phases of design, approval, and production ensuring timelines, budgets, and job specifications are met. Work with vendors to vet projects before they go to print, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues. It will be important for this intern to study and stay current on WWE programs, characters, storylines, and products.

Qualifications
• Curious, eager to learn and observe
• Detail orientated and expert at budgeting and managing time and meeting tight timelines
• Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment meeting deadlines under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of any of all of the following is a plus: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Photo Mechanic, G Suite, Iconik, Robohead, and Capture One
• Proactive team player and problem solver with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities

Program Details

We offer internship opportunities across WWE, UFC, and TKO Corporate. Locations include Stamford, CT; Las Vegas, NV, and New York City. All internships are in the office and in-person, unless otherwise noted.

In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns participate in events such as welcome/farewell sessions, a speaker series featuring company leaders, and career training workshops addressing everything from LinkedIn profile enhancement to resume building, interviewing skills, and networking.

Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours in the intern location.

Important Dates
• By January 24th: Approved internships will post externally.
• February 28th: Applications will be accepted through this date.
• Mid-February: Recruiters will kick off the recruiting process.
• March 1 -April 15th: The interview and selection process will take place.
• The program will be 12 weeks in length.
• May 19th through August 8th

Recruitment Process

Our process consists of four steps.
• 1. Tell us your story. In addition to your application and resume, please attach a word document and in 300 words max, share why you're interested in the role. What are the unique perspectives, abilities, and qualities you would bring to the role? What do you hope to learn?
• 2. Video Interview with a Recruiter. If selected for the next round, you will be contacted by the recruiting team to schedule a 30- minute video interview.
• 3. Video Interview with the Hiring Manager. If selected to move forward, you will meet with the hiring manager and potentially 1-2 additional team members.
• 4. Offer or Decline. If selected for the position, a recruiter will call to extend an offer. If you have not been selected, a recruiter will reach out to let you know.

Eligibility

Our program is designed for rising juniors, rising seniors, and those within six months of graduation from an undergraduate university, unless otherwise noted.

Candidates must indicate if they now or in the future require Endeavor to commence (''sponsor'') an immigration case in order to employ them (for example, H-1B or other employment-based immigration case).

We offer paid internships; rates vary based on location. Pay rates typically align with local required minimums and vary by country.
